The iconic GLAAD Media Awards celebrate LGBT representation in media and has honored everyone from Madonna to Laverne Cox.

In 2014, I created a completely new identity and logo for the GMAs, which is still in use today.

The Pre-Brand


Following GLAAD’s rebrand in 2010, the flagship event was left without much of an identity – which led to awkward and inconsistent branding.

The Rebrand


Drawing inspiration from GLAAD’s unique award design I developed a logo mark and type lock up that provided the groundwork for a versatile design system that could be updated annually.

For the 25th Annual Awards, I created a unique version of the mark highlighting the special anniversary.
